▶ The electronic perfectControl calibration device with manual drive significantly reduces the effort and time required for calibrations and adjustments of torque wrenches.
▶ Measurement without shifting the point of application of force
▶ avoidance of incorrect measurements with the help of the precisely mounted spindle and the ergonomically shaped handwheel
▶ extremely precise calibration through optimisation of the bearing and the square receptacles of the transducers
▶ Quick and easy change of transducers due to QuickRelease locking mechanism
▶ Convenient key operation for clockwise and anticlockwise measurements with automatic speed adjustment
The STAHLWILLE DAkkS calibration laboratory for the measurement of torque has been accredited by the German Accreditation Body (DAkkS) in accordance with the DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025:2005 standard. The transfer torque wrenches and torque measuring heads used in the laboratory are subject to regular testing by the Physikalisch-Technische Bundesanstalt (PTB) in Braunschweig. The accuracy of the torque wrench must be verifiable and traceable over several stages. This is the only way to ensure the reliability of the measured values. In the first stage, the user tests the accuracy of their torque tools in their own facility with a suitable, calibrated testing device. In the next stage, this testing device will be checked in the STAHLWILLE DAkkS calibration laboratory. Due to the accreditation by the German Accreditation Body (DAkkS) according to the standard DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025:2005, the traceability of the measuring equipment to the national standard according to the DIN EN ISO 9001:2008 standard is guaranteed.
