► Tesla Meter: Measuring range: 0~2000mT, minimum resolution: 10μT, uncertainty of measurement: 0.5%
► Hall Probe: The sensing chip of the probe is encapsulated with wear-resistant material, providing elasticity and reducing the risk of breakage
► Rotating Test Platform: The test platform is equipped with a rotary chuck, which is driven by a precision stepping motor to drive the tested sample to rotate in the W -axis direction
► Chuck and Bearing: the concentricity of the standard chuck is 0.05 mm, which makes the operation more stable
► 4 Axis Motion Control: The motion control of XYZW axis has two modes: software automatic control and key manual control

TY2100 is a fully automated system specifically designed for measuring the surface magnetic field distribution of permanent magnets and motor rotors.
It mainly consists of a test platform (integrated digital tesla meter, three-axis probe positioning system, rotary chuck, and motion controller), planar sample fixture (optional), computer, and software.
The system enables fully automated 3D scanning of the sample surface, automatically calculates the surface magnetic field distribution and magnetic parameters of each pole, and generates corresponding surface magnetic field distribution curves.
