WZ860080-E open-jet wind tunnel is a wind tunnel with a wind speed of 80m/s. It can be used for the calibration of three-cup anemometers, propeller, ultrasonic and other sensors, or other wind research tests. The system adopts a suction design scheme and has good overall flow field quality. The PID closed-loop control system through the flow rate feedback can stably reach any set wind speed in 15s. The overall structure adopts modular design, which is convenient for assembly, debugging and later maintenance. The closed and independent test chamber solves the problem of equipment blockage of large-size wind sensors. It is convenient for walk-in disassembly and debugging, and also reserves sufficient space for the fully automated robotic loading system.
Compared with the traditional closed loop wind tunnel, the open-jet wind tunnel solves the problem of data measurement deviation due to the motor heating and the air in the tunnel isolated from the outside world and not being able to dissipate heat under long-term work. The open-jet wind tunnel has a more compact structure, which reduces the requirements for field installation.
